Hepi Diwali

First of all, Happy Diwali to all Hindus and Malaysian ! ^^

Deepavali is just around the corner ne? Cant wait to have my long waited holiday~ yeay !

BUT !!! before that, I have to get ready n squeeze my brain out first for my tests~ T.T

Nway, imma going home this Friday…gonna look wut have happen to my home sweet home. Surely a lot have been changed since I saw it last month. Oowwh…it’s just about a month im being away from home n I feel like a year already ! Huhuhu…last time, the toilet upstairs is still in progress. N now, they’re saying it can be use already…whoa…they’ve already bring the monster truck to crush down the floor outdoor. New tiles, new curtains, new wooden floor outdoor…whoa, everything will be new ! im loving my new house ! <3

The other thing im eagerly wanted to be back at home is that I heard from my mom that my dad is not quiet well, having “batu karang”. Oh my god….im worried…wuwuwu…hope he’s fine by now…get well abah~ also feel bad for my mom being the only female at home taking care of him. The other brothers,haih….wut do they know bout my mom’s feeling? ^^

Mom’s also asking me to choose cloth to replace the old wallpaper upstairs. Hehehe…excited !

I also wud like to try making “Macau Egg Tart” and “Yukgejang”. But the egg tart is my priority. Which recipe shud I follow eh? I’ll post how’s my egg tart gonna be later on k~ Ciao !

1 Hari di Hari Raya

First of all, masih blum terlambat rasenye utk saya ucapkan, "Selamat Hari Raya Aidilfitri 2011, Maaf Zahir & Batin"

This time i wanted to share bout ONLY my 1st day of Hari Raya this year. My family celebrating Hari Raya every year by taking turn, which is, this year at my dad's and next at my mom's place. So, our Hari Raya Aidilfitri this takes place at my dad's hometown; Kuching, Sarawak.

Departure:

We depart on 29th of August verrrrryyy early in the morning. It's soooo early that we have to perform our Subuh prayer at the airport. Ddddduuhhhh!!! =.=" Very the sleepy maaaa~

i wore my new holes shirt wif a RED pants ! >.< kekekeke

And i tried to wear my hijab The "Loose" style...but i think i ruined it ! wuwuwuwu~ T.T

We arrived around 11 in the morning. And i continue my disturbed sleep...zzzzzz...But, thankfully we gotta break fast early in Sarawak ! Yeay ! And yeah, i have to iron all of my family's Raya clothes. =.=" And of to SujuLand(*i saw ELFS frequently used this to described dreamland/sleep) ^^

1st Day HARI RAYA!!!:

It's the 1st day of Hari Raya ! Yeay ! Well, im not getting up very early...The time is emmm...just nice to get ready & snappin' few pics in Raya mornin'. So, everyone's getting ready wif our BLUE themed Raya clothes ! imma so very the happy...coz of the color ! Suju color ! wiiieeeeeee~~

Grasshopper Pie & Nail Polish

Hello there !

First: As promised, i'll show u the outcome of my Grasshopper Pie ~

I was so surprised as i don't need to whip the cream that i bought. It is whipped already! Weeeheee.... That really makes me relieved and save my time. He3...BUT, i accidently pour out the chilled cream right onto my still-hot marshmallow-milk mixture. Awww...anyway, it turns out good ! My mom liked it ! ^^

As i follow Nigella Lawson's recipe, my Grasshopper Pie became shorter than before...maybe because she used less milk and marshmallow. But, my mom liked this one better.

I'm still searching for the smooth texture as i saw on GLEE, where Mrs. Schuester ate about 4 pieces of this dessert. The Grasshopper Pie she ate seem sooo smooth ! Like eating a plain whipping cream !

So, i made it again. This time, i cool down the mixture 1st by placing the mixture bowl on top of a bowl of ice chunks. Bout few minutes, and then i pour the cream. This time i'm quite sure that it does successfully became as smooth as what i want.

But, sadly, my mom and brothers doesn't like it much. They enjoy the pie to be a lil bit more firm. Well, different people got different taste aite ?

So, im deciding; if i were about to make Grasshopper Pie for my family, i'm going to make it bit firm and when i want to eat it by myself(*pampering myself ^^), then i'm gonna make it as i wish ~ Pretty fair isn't it ? Weeeheee....

Next is: just now, i tried a new nail polishing technique that i saw and learned from Youtube. Originally, i wanted to try the Water Marbling technique. Which should look somewhat like this===>

But i just couldn't find the right water ! Ggrrrr....all the videos i saw said to use a filtered water. I tried using my home filtered water, but the nail polish just does not spread ! It stays in a dot or spread just a lil bit.

Ok, well maybe my home filtered water is not filtered enough. Maybe it still got impurities in it.

So, i tried again, using a bottled water. As i watched an experiment video, bottled water should be just ok.

BUT! The same thing happened ! It stay in one spot and doe not spread ! Ugh !

As it already get on my nerves, i decided to try another method, DRAWING ! ^^

And i did it ! Yeay ! Well, i just did it as fun. I got no idea it will turn out to be...., just fine~ XD Here are some photos of it. Unfortunately, i just did it on 3 nails....hehehe

And one more thing, i'm doing these jobs coz i didn't have my Mr. Lappie mif me ! Huuuuu~ He's sick, and gotta be fix. The doctor said, it may took bout 3 weeks to be repair ! T.T

And i can just online SOMETIMES wif my brothers lappy. My, oh My....i really gotta find my other hobbies rite now...

Shopping~ again!

Hello, Hello~

So, today i went to shopping AGAIN! weeeheee....oh my~ i really gotta find a super damn rich man! XD

Just few days ago i already went for shopping wif my mum. And trust me, we do really spent alot! I mean like, ALOT! ^^ Well, some money goes for handbags (*for both of us), me got one new sweater, a new shirt(*i loved it as it got unique feature for what i called it style! he3...coz, there's bunch of holes on the shirt...as i like being a lil bit different, like 2ne1! p/s: of coz got another layer inside one-lah!) and new sets of curtain for the house(*as Hari Raya is coming soon).

That's for few days ago...For today, hmmmm, not much...we juz bought some pyjamas~ cute one!

My mom got a green pants wif a white small-dots-shirt for inner and i gto a blue pants wif cute patterns and a OH-MY!-CUTE-LIL-MONKEYS-PATTERNS! shirt...kekeke....yeah, im freaked out! well, it's cute monkeys we're talking here~ I luv them! <3

Another thing that i grabbed today, a heavy cream! I wanted to make a Grasshopper Pie! Weee...it've been a while i din't got to make it. So, i'll make it soon when my bro got back home for his mid sem holiday. I'll post about the outcome later ne...?

OMG, blondie!!!

Greetings, loved ones~

Just now, when i logged in to my facebook account, the 1st post in my News Feed that caught my eyes was this pic of my Hyukkie with BRIGHT blonde hair!!

I was so shocked as it was my 1st time seeing him with that bright type of hair....coz i've get used to his dark colored hair. Or, if bright juz enough to be a cute monkey. But, this one? O0ouuu....

I do think it's kinda cute the more i look at it...hehehe...yes, he's still as cute as always~ Teuk oppa said that it so bright that it looks like he got no hair! As the backgroud color of the wall in SUKIRA have quite the same tone of color. kekeke...And at tonite's SUKIRA, they try to speak some english. Well, u know how when they speak english~they sure do make me laugh...rofl >.<

And, we do need some changes in our life once in while aite? Juz to add some spices & different stories to our life. C'mon, add some adventure to ur life! As my mom said, "to let the juice out from ur body". kekekeke ^^

As im sharing bout foood, this picy are taken few days after that, where 3 of us(*again! dduhh!) went to South City Plaza, Serdang. Actually, one of us participate in a bowling tournament organized by student of Engineering Faculty (*Engineering Games). And because we feel like eating, we went to Old Town White Coffee Restaurant to E.A.T!! ngeeeeee >_____<

Here are what i had...nothing much, juz a French Toast and a Root Beer Float! Nom~Nom~ ^^

Neomu haengbokkea~~~ we're quite not hungry that time as we already eat tit bits before. Or else........ahahahaha......i guess this is the first time i ordered french toast from old town. ive always heard and saw on korean tv show and whatsoever. but never once taste it. and so, "IT IS SOOOOOO YUUMMMMMMYYYYYYY!!!" XD

Hello~

So, what do i get to eat today after that cravings? Hmm...sadly, i didn't get what i want (*jjajangmyun). BUT! Hehehehe...i got something else...better than just staying at my room eating snacks and maggi...-.-" I finished my assignment around 5pm, then i wash my clothes. And the thoughts of going out vanished as i lay down on my lovely bed...hehehe...feel kinda laaaazzyyyy...@.@ But, then my fren called me, she said that she crave for subway. and i thought, WOW! an opportunity. So, i say YES! let's go~ he3...so, there we are, at The Mines! Firstly, of course we head for The Subway~ My craving fren, Apin chose Chicken Slice & Turkey breast while me n my fren, Fana opt for toping of the day, Chicken Teriyaki. Well, obviously bcoz we're student, and we're the ones that spent more money on entertainment..so, we have to cut off a lil the budget on food...heee ^^

Looks delicious isn't it? huhuhu...That's not just it! Next, we head for takoyaki, a japanese stall food(*its like a seafood ball). i've alwayss wanted to try, but never have the chance. so, now, let's juzt go with it! ^^ i'll post few pics my fren took while were at it next post...its such a new and nice experience to sit at a japanese food stall...so cute, so japan! ^^ feel like in the japan movie itself...kekeke XD Apin is the one who wnated to try it with us. So, im ON! she ordered squid/octopus takoyaki first. as i go through the menu, and as we're trying, i think i should order a different one. so, i pick to mix crab and prawn takoyaki. while we're waiting, we watch how they cook the takoyaki as the stove is right in front of the dining table. only a clear glass separate us. and we still admiring the process of cooking takoyaki and okonomiyaki (*japanese pizza) while eating. We freaked out to see the bonito flakes moving as it hit the hot takoyaki. The waitress explain to us, it's moving bcoz its still hot. hehehe..must be funny to us freaking out like that~ ^^

Next, we head for a nearby dessert stall, Fruit Land...This time, its Fana is the one who wants it. And i just, so BRING IT ON! >__<>

It consists of shaved ice, mango, kiwi, strawberries, honeydew cubes and top with milk...the shaved ice was bathed with yam syrup...yumm!

And so,lastly, we went to a gift shop, just to wandering around...The End! we went back to our college....i'd like to call it a lil food hunting nite! ^^

it've been a while since i write here...i guess it's bcoz im quite busy, and im new here. i dont really know what n how to write well. but, after writing for my college news a.k.a monthly flyers, i think i have the confident now. so, let's give it a try! ^^

Okay, today im gonna share bout my cravings! oh, i looove to eat! kekekeke...remember the korean movie "coffee prince"? for me, its the most romantic love story i've ever watch so far~

Okay, maybe u'll be wondering, why? what's bout that story? just, there's a scene in that movie where Yoon Eun Hye, act as a very boyish girl in the movie, have an eating race with her sister's boyfriend-to-be. in order to win, they have to finish 5 plates of jjajangmyun! (*jjajangmyun is black bean noodle in korea). And, the girl wins! Jjang!! ^^ hare are some screencaps from the scene =====>

And i really wanna know, what is actually the yellow thing they eat together with that jjajangmyun? hmmm...the white thing is pickled radish, i guess...but what is the yellow thingy?? that also calling for me~ hehehe...the only place i know where to find this are at mid valley's top floor food court. tomorrow i got volleyball to be handle...and my assignment still hanging...Oh, i really wanted some now...wuwuwuwu T.T i'll try finish my assignment as soon as possible, and i'll be able to get some! hehehe...i'll roger here when i've got it later...^^
